Bihari Kabab


Ingredients

Beef ½ kg
Papaya Paste 1 tbsp
Fried onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 125 grams
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
All spice powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Coal 1

Cooking Directions

Cut the beef into thin slices. (2 - 3inches wide and 4 inches long)
Now marinate meat in all the ingredients except 2tbsp oil and coal for 3 hours.
Now thread the meat in skewers and put the meat over heated charcoal or fry the meat in a frying pan with oi.

When the meat becomes tender, place a inflamed charcoal into the frying pan.
Drizzle a little oil over it, immediately cover tightly and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Tasty bihari kabab is ready to serve.

Serve hot with onion ringlets, mint chutney and naan.
