Ingredients:-
Caster sugar 50g, Softened butter 110g
Self raising floor 110g and 2 table spoons cocoa powder
Method:
First pre heat oven to 190/375/Gas5 and make a cream of sugar and butter. Add the remaining ingredients in it and mix it well. Now divide the mixture in half and make tear off shape 18 balls. Place all these balls on lined baking sheet and squash slightly to make a squat flat circle balls. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, after that leave it to cool for round about 1 minute and then serve it.
