Ingredients:
2 points Milk
1 lb Peas
2 large Onions
1 large Lemon
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Chili powder
½ tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Garam masala
1 piece Ginger
Ghee
Salt of your taste

Procedure:
- First boil up the milk twice on high flame, after that squeeze the juice of the lemon into it.
- By doing this whey will separate from the curd.
- After that separate the cure and tie it in a muslin cloth.
- Hang up for all day, so that to allow the water to drain.
- It will dry after some time and when dry, place the muslin with curd under heavy weight because to ensure that all the moisture is already squeezed out.
- In this way the curd will be flatten into flat round cake when removed from the muslin.
- Now first cut the cheese into strips or cubes and then deep fry it in hot ghee.
- Remove it and keep aside. Take a saucepan, put 2 table spoon ghee in it heat it. After that add chopped onions and ginger in it.
- Now add the spices like salt and peas in it and cook by adding a little water. Cook it till the peas are tender and their remains a little gravy.
- After that add the fried cheese in it and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Serve it hot with chapattis.
