Looking for that amazing snack for your Super bowl party? Well, look no further. Chinese chicken wings are the ultimate party snack. The amazing flavor of these wings lies within the marinade. The longer you marinate the wings for, the more flavor they will have. The marinade also makes a great dipping sauce for the wings or even goes great on top of rice. There is nothing complicated about this recipe as the marinade only takes a few minutes to mix together. The hardest part is if you want to cut the chicken wings but you can buy them pre-cut in the store. Enjoy.

Moo Goo Gai Pan or chicken and sliced mushrooms is an Americanized version of a Chinese dish. What’s great about this recipe is it requires no deep frying or breading of the chicken. Everything is done in your wok or frying pan. Moo Goo Gai Pan uses a delicious and light sauce made out of basically just thickened chicken broth. The recipe uses a wide assortment of vegetables such as mushrooms, water chest nuts, pea pods, carrots, green onions and a few more. To save time you can just buy a frozen vegetable stir fry mix from the store. You should be able to find one that consists of most (if not all) of the vegetables required for this recipe. This recipe is pretty simple, takes little time and is only 3 steps. Serve with white rice.

Chicken Pot Pie

Nothing but some classic comfort food here – Chicken pot pie. This is a recipe that dominates anything you can buy frozen in the store. Unfortunately, this does require a lot of prep work to prepare. There are tons of vegetables that go into this, most of which need to be minced, chopped or sliced. If you want to save time try and get some help or maybe even buy a frozen vegetable mix from the grocery store. In the end, it’s so worth it though! Chicken pot pie to a great way to make good use of left over chicken. If you want to use fresh chicken, to cook it just slowly poach it in water for awhile. If you don’t have any chicken or would prefer something else, turkey can easily be used in its place. Substituting chicken for turkey could also make a great side dish for Thanksgiving! Serve with buttery biscuits. Enjoy.
Chicken Manchurian

This dish is pretty popular but if you haven’t heard of it, Chicken Manchurian brings the best of both worlds from Indian and Chinese cuisine. The chicken is coated with a batter and then deep fried giving it a very soft texture. The batter is a basic combination of flour, corn starch, egg, and salt and pepper. If you feel the batter is a little thick feel free to add a tiny bit of water to thin it out. Chicken Manchurian Is best served with white rice. Enjoy.

Black Pepper Chicken

And the moment you’ve all been waiting for – a recipe for black pepper chicken. If it’s well seasoned black pepper chicken is probably one of the best things you can find at any Chinese buffet. NThe sauce is truly outstanding, both black and white pepper and a little sake give it just the right amount of kick. There are also a few vegetables added to this recipe such as white onions, peas and carrots. Normally on the buffet tables they have white onions and green bell peppers and I have also seen celery in it before so just feel free to add whatever vegetables you like. You might want a little extra sauce to go with your rice, if so make sure to double or even triple the sauce depending on how much you want. Let me know how it turns out.
