Ingredients:-
Suji 01 cup, sugar 01 cup
Water 1 ½ cup, ½ cup ghee
Besan 2 table spoon or take flour
2 to 3 green cardamoms, kewra 1 table spoon
Yellow color raisins (kishmish) and spice ½ table spoon
Method:-
Mix sugar and water and add in the color and also add kewra. Now heat the ghee in any pot and also add the cardamoms in it. Note that this process should be done on a medium flame. After that add Suji and keep on stirring until its color changes. Now mix besan also in this mixture and stir it continuously for mixing besan with mixture.
Remember the combination of water and sugar syrup should not be too thick. Slowly add the syrup in to the Suji on very slow flame, while adding syrup continuously stir, so that syrup should mix with Suji. After also add some water in the mixture of Suji and mix again. Add kishmish and cover the lid for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes take off from the flame and serve it.
