Vegetable Samosa

Delicious Vegetable Samosa



Ingredients:

  1. 5 to 10 mill cubes Potato finely diced
  2. 1 carrot finely diced – as above
  3. Crushed garlic 2 cloves
  4. 1 Finely chopped Onion
  5. Frozen peas 1 Cup
  6. Vegetable oil 1 table spoon
  7. Curry powder or your own spices according to taste 2 table spoon
  8. Salt and Pepper of your taste
  9. Vegetable stock 100ml       


Method:

  1. Take a frying pan and heat the oil in it.
  2. After that add the onion and garlic in it and mix it in the spices and fry until soft.
  3. Now add the vegetables, season it and stir well until coated.
  4. Also add the stock, cover it and simmer for about 30 minutes or simmer until cooked.

Vegetable Samosa With Raita
