Vegetable Samosa
Ingredients:
- 5 to 10 mill cubes Potato finely diced
- 1 carrot finely diced – as above
- Crushed garlic 2 cloves
- 1 Finely chopped Onion
- Frozen peas 1 Cup
- Vegetable oil 1 table spoon
- Curry powder or your own spices according to taste 2 table spoon
- Salt and Pepper of your taste
- Vegetable stock 100ml
Method:
- Take a frying pan and heat the oil in it.
- After that add the onion and garlic in it and mix it in the spices and fry until soft.
- Now add the vegetables, season it and stir well until coated.
- Also add the stock, cover it and simmer for about 30 minutes or simmer until cooked.
