Royal Chicken
Ingredients:
- 450-500g 3 Chicken legs
- Brown Onion ½ (cut into small pieces)
- Carrot chunks 150g
- Light Soy Sauce 2 table spoons
- Cooking Wine 2 table spoons
- Tomato Ketchup 3 table spoons
- Salt of your taste or pinch of salt
- Sugar 1 table spoon
- Water 100ml
- 1 table spoon Corn flour mixed with 1 table spoon Water
Method:
- Take chicken legs and clean it and remove skin and fat. After that chop it into small pieces.
- Take a non stick wok and heat a little oil in it.
- Now stir or fry onion pieces until fragrant.
- Then add chicken pieces, carrots and seasoning ingredients in it.
- Cover it and bring it to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
- Reduce the liquid to less than 100ml with high heat and after that add corn flour mixture and stir it so that to make it thick.
- Serve it with rice.
