White Chicken Chili

This is a lot different from your normal chili, as it uses no actual chili powder. Adding the shredded Monterey jack cheese makes a huge difference in the flavor and is necessary so do not leave it out. The original recipe called for diced jalapeño peppers, If you want left over chicken you want to use up, this is a great recipe for that. Enjoy.
Mango Salsa

If you have yet to try mango salsa, without a doubt you have been missing out, and it’s time to give it a try. For those of you that have, I don’t even need to tell you how good it really is. This salsa goes great with shrimp, chicken, or just about any type of meat. Of course, it would also go great served with just tortilla chips. A perfect dish to serve this with would be Jerk chicken, the flavors would complement each other nicely. This salsa is a basic combination of diced mango, bell pepper, green onion, jalapeño pepper, and cilantro. It is then mixed with the combination of lemon and lime juice for perfect flavor. This recipe can easily be double or tripled to meet your needs. Enjoy.

Some of you may wonder how they make the brown sauces at the Chinese buffets. The truth is, there are many different ways to make brown sauce and each of them is probably different in some way. Here is a pretty standard recipe for Chinese brown sauce that can be used with chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, ect. This is great for stir fry’s ,deep fry them and serve with this sauce. How to Make Boneless Chicken Wings & Some Wing Sauces
Author :
Admin
You may be wondering how to make boneless chicken wings. Luckily boneless chicken wings are very easy to make and the truth is, there is really no such thing as a boneless chicken wing. Boneless chicken wings are simply breaded pieces of chicken breast. Popular chains like Buffalo Wild Wings have made these extremely popular. What I like about boneless wings instead of your normal chicken wing is that they are far less messy. They are very easy to eat with a fork and you don’t have to worry about bones. In this article I explain how to make a crispy breaded that can be used for all of the sauces, also introduce recipes for 5 of my favorite wing sauces. These sauces include buffalo, honey BBQ, Parmesan garlic, Asian, and Caribbean jerk. Fans of a lot of spice are sure to enjoy the buffalo, Asian, and Caribbean jerk sauces.

It’s amazing some of the things you can make a dip out of, as is the case with this Reuben dip. This dip combines your favorite ingredients from a Reuben Sandwich in a dip form. Basically if you enjoy Reuben sandwiches you are sure to like this dip. This is something totally different and delicious for a snack or for your Super Bowl or Play-off parties. This dip goes great served with wheat cracker or small pieces of rye bread. Enjoy.
How to Make Sausage Gravy

If you have ever wanted to know how to make sausage gravy this recipe is perfect for you. Sausage gravy is basically a combination of milk, butter, and flour with pieces of sausage in it. Sausage gravy originated in the South and has become very popular. This gravy is typically served over biscuits but it goes great on eggs or toast as well. It is always a great treat for breakfast. For the type of sausage, you can use just plain pork sausage, maple flavored sausage or really any flavored sausage you might enjoy. If you want to add a little heat, the addition of a little hot sauce or red pepper flakes spices up this gravy nicely. Enjoy.

Pizza Sauce

A good pizza sauce recipe is essential to any good homemade pizza. I have posted a lot of pizza recipes on this blog but never a sauce. This is a tomato based pizza sauce. It is very easy to make and as simple as combining just a few ingredients. Parmesan cheese is one of my favorite ingredients in this sauce. It gets a little sweetness from honey and a little heat from dried red pepper flakes. This will make enough to cover 1 large pizza. Enjoy.
