Chinese Chicken Fried Rice

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice



Ingredients:

  1. Season Oil ½ tablespoon
  2. 1 onion
  3. Cubed chicken meat 1 ½ pounds cooked,
  4. Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
  5. 2 large diced carrots
  6. 2 stalks chopped celery
  7. 1 large diced red bell pepper
  8. 3/4 cup halved fresh pea pods
  9. 1/2 large diced green bell pepper
  10. 6 cups white rice cooked
  11. 2 eggs
  12. Soy sauce 1/3 cup     



Method:

  1. Take a large skillet and heat oil over a medium heat.
  2. Now add onion and saute until soft.
  3. Then add chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce in it and stir or fry for about 6 minutes.
  4. Now put carrots, celery, red bell pepper, pea pods and green bell pepper in the mixture and stir or fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. After that add rice and stir it thoroughly.
  6. Finally, put scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup soy sauce in it. And heat it throughly and serve hot.
