Chinese Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- Season Oil ½ tablespoon
- 1 onion
- Cubed chicken meat 1 ½ pounds cooked,
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- 2 large diced carrots
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 1 large diced red bell pepper
- 3/4 cup halved fresh pea pods
- 1/2 large diced green bell pepper
- 6 cups white rice cooked
- 2 eggs
- Soy sauce 1/3 cup
Method:
- Take a large skillet and heat oil over a medium heat.
- Now add onion and saute until soft.
- Then add chicken and 2 tablespoons soy sauce in it and stir or fry for about 6 minutes.
- Now put carrots, celery, red bell pepper, pea pods and green bell pepper in the mixture and stir or fry for another 5 minutes.
- After that add rice and stir it thoroughly.
- Finally, put scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup soy sauce in it. And heat it throughly and serve hot.
