Ingredients:
Chicken 1 X 1.25 kg
Tandoori mix 3 teaspoons
Green masala paste 3 teaspoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sesame oil 3 teaspoons
Ground rice 3 teaspoons
Garam masala ½ teaspoon
Water 1 ½ tablespoons
Method:
Cut the chicken in to small and serving pieces. Take a sharp knife and score diagonally by cutting the skin in a way that flesh half way remains to the bone. After that combine all the remaining ingredients and rub it over the cuts of the chicken and also over all parts. And leave it to marinate for about 35 minutes. Grilled Masala Chicken
Now preheat the grill and put the chicken on the rack in a way that its skin remains downwards. Place the rack in a position that it should be in the furthest pout and heat the grill for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes turn the chicken over and grill it from behind for 15 minutes more. It’s easy to server it with rice or any other bread and also with raita.
