Royal Chicken


Royal Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 450-500g 3 Chicken legs
  • Brown Onion ½ (cut into small pieces)
  • Carrot chunks 150g
  • Light Soy Sauce 2 table spoons
  • Cooking Wine 2 table spoons
  • Tomato Ketchup 3 table spoons
  • Salt of your taste or pinch of salt
  • Sugar 1 table spoon
  • Water 100ml
  • 1 table spoon Corn flour mixed with 1 table spoon Water

Method:

  1. Take chicken legs and clean it and remove skin and fat. After that chop it into small pieces.
  2. Take a non stick wok and heat a little oil in it.
  3. Now stir or fry onion pieces until fragrant.
  4. Then add chicken pieces, carrots and seasoning ingredients in it.
  5. Cover it and bring it to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.
  6. Reduce the liquid to less than 100ml with high heat and after that add corn flour mixture and stir it so that to make it thick.
  7. Serve it with rice.
