Resha Kabab


Resha Kabab (Shredded Beef Kebab)


Ingredients

Beef ½ kg (boneless)
Onion (sliced) 1
Green chili 4 (chopped)
Water 2 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Onion 2 tbsp (fried)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
All spice 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Lemon juice to taste

Cooking Directions
Cook beef meat with salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, yogurt, all spice, turmeric, sliced onion and two cup water.
Cook on low flame until meat tenderizes and water dries up.
Now shred the cooked beef with a fork.
Heat oil and add shredded beef to it.
Then add lemon juice, chopped green chili, fresh coriander leaves and fried onion.
Place a piece of onion over the beef and place a inflamed coal over it.
Drizzle a little oil over the coal and immediately cover tightly.
Let it simmer over with the coal for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with puri.
