Baisan Ke Laddo


Baisan Ke Laddo

Ingredients:-
1 kg Baisan
1 cup flour and cream
1 cup sugar (depends on the taste of the sugar, you can add more if you need to)
Dry fruits like badam
Seeds of 4 to 5 small illaichies
Oil and ghee (oil as required but it should be more then ghee)
Method:
First of all mix some oil and ghee in a Karahi or pan and then put 2 to 3 seeds of ilaichi in it. After that add Baisan in it and start mixing them till it becomes golden brown. Take another Karahi or pan and add remaining ghee and oil in it. Also put ilaichi in it for a better taste. After that add flour in the second Karahi or pan and do the same process till it changes its color with different smell. After that add Baisan, cream, sugar and all of the dry fruits and mix it until sugar melts.

Mix it well and after that remove it and place it on other side to cool. Now make small size laddos out of it (size of laddos depends on you). Serve the Laddos with garnishing of dry chopped nuts and enjoy.
