Aloo Chana Chaat

Ingredients:

  1. Kabuli Chana 250 gm
  2. 3 Potatoes
  3. Cumin Powder 1 table spoon
  4. Chaat Masala 1 table spoon
  5. 1 small Onion
  6. Ginger piece (grated) ¼ inch
  7. 1 Tomato
  8. 2 Green Chilies
  9. Red Chili Powder ½  table spoon
  10. Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 table spoons
  11. Oil 1 table spoon
  12. Lemons (juice)1 to 1½
  13. Salt of your taste


Method:


  • First boil the chana for 20 minutes approximately.
  • After that wash the boiled chana and drain the water.
  • Set chana a side and then boil potatoes, then peel it and cut it into 1cm cubes.
  • Then chop onion into small pieces and cut tomato into medium pieces. Take green chilli and remove seeds and chop it finely.
  • Take cumin powder and roast it.
  • Take a non stick pan and heat oil in it and put green chili, ginger, onion into it and stir slowly for a minute.
  • After that add Chana and potato in it and toss until they turn slightly brown.
  • Also add tomato and toss it over same heat. After doing all this sprinkle cumin powder, red chili powder and chaat masala. Then put it into a bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander and salt on it. If you want a tangy flavor add lemon juice to it.
