Chicken Malai Tikka

Chicken Malai Tikka




Ingredients needed:

01 table spoon lemon juice, ½ table spoon salt
Take 02 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
02 table spoon of yogurt, 30 gram butter
01 table spoon of double cream
01 table spoon of ginger garlic paste, 03 grams of cardamoms
½ table spoon of ground cumin, ½ table spoon of freshly grated nutmeg
02 grams of finely chopped chillies, 01 table spoon of vegetable oil
02 table spoon of Cheddar cheese



Recipe to make:
Firstly marinate boneless chicken pieces with lemon juice and salt.
Take yogurt and blend it with half of the butter, cream, ginger garlic paste, cardamoms, cumin, nutmeg, chillies, oil and cheese for making a smooth paste.
Now pour over the chicken, make it all well coated and marinate with 01 hour in the refrigerator.
After that take 4 to 6 wooden skewers and soak them in cold water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
Skewer the chicken and barbecue and grill under a preheated grill for maximum 10 minutes on each Sid.
Cook until light brown or simply backed in a preheated to 180’C or 350’F gas mark 4 oven for 15 minutes
Lastly halfway through cooking brush with remaining melted butter.

After that serve it by pouring fresh cream over it.
