Tikka Boti

Chicken Tikka Boti Kabab

Ingredients:

Cubes of beef ½ kg
Raw papaya (grinded) 2 table spoons.
Ginger (Adrak) paste ½ table spoon.
Garlic (Lehsan) paste ½ table spoon.
salt (according to taste) ½ table spoon.
Yogurt 2 table spoons.
Chili (Lal Mirch) powder 1 table spoon
Chopped green chilies 1 table spoon.


Method:

Firstly mix together all the spices, yogurt and papaya and coat the beef cubes with it.
Leave it to marinate for approximately 5-6 hours. Its better marinate it overnight.
Then grill/barbeque over the charcoal.
And then serve it with Mint (Podina) chutney, yogurt and onion rings and Naan.
One time made is enough for 2 to 3 persons
