Chicken Pasta



Bistro Chicken Pasta Salad



Ingredients:

Boiled pasta of any small shape 2 cups
Melted butter 2 table spoons
Sweet corn ½ cup
Cashew nuts ½ cup
1 shredded capsicum
Thinly sliced green onions 3
Cooked boneless diced chicken 1 cup
Slightly boiled sprouted beans ½ cup
Boiled peas ½ cup
Vegetable oil ½ cup
Vinegar 2 table spoons
Soya sauce 1 table spoon
White sugar ¼ cup
Lemon juice 1 table spoon



Procedure:


  • Take a large bowl and mix the pasta, sweet corn and cashew nuts with melted butter in it and place it in the pre-heated oven of 175°C.
  • Spread the mixture of pasta, sweet corn and cashew nuts on the baking sheet in a thin layer. And bake it for round about 8 to 10 minutes in the oven.
  • While baking keep in mind to not forgot to stir it and stir it until toasted. After that remove from oven and set aside to cool a bit.
  • Take a large bowl and toss together the noodles mixture, green onions, chicken, sprouted beans and peas.
  • Take a blender and put oil, vinegar, Soya sauce, sugar and lemon juice in it and blend it.
  • Pour this blended mixture over salad and toss to evenly coat.
  • After that serve it and enjoy.
