Mutton Korma


There is another recipe for a better taste on Eid, which is mutton korma. Usually Eid recipes in Pakistan are the best treat for the whole family. Some Eid recipes are easy to make and some take a lot of time for making. Like that Eid mutton recipe takes a lot of time to cook as compared to chicken. On the other hand Eid mutton recipes take less time then beef recipes.

Mutton Korma
Ingredients:
• Boneless mutton meat 1 kg
• Fresh unsweetened yogurt 1 cup
• Vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil 3-4 table spoons
• 3 Large chopped fine onions
• Garlic paste 2 table spoons
• Ginger paste 2 table spoons

Procedure:
Put ginger and garlic in yogurt and spices and marinate it until their juices came out.
Then make gravy of onions, lots of tomatoes, green chilies and whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander, cumin, etc. After that put the mixture of ginger and garlic juices in it and cook it for some time. Now put mutton in it and stir it and leave it for cooking. After that server the Mutton Korma with breads like Chapattis, Paratha or Naans.
